Severus was walking through the forest. He had heard of a Female black dragon living here and wanted to see her. There were rumours flying around this story. Some painted her as the picture of beauty, while others made her to be a demon's pawn. He was just interested.

He reached a forest clearing, and there she was! The great black dragon! She was laying there, sleeping soundly... Sev approached her. He admired her large, slim body. She was much bigger than him, and the rumors scared him a little, so he didn't make a sound- and snapped a stick under claw. Her ears perked, and she lifted her head. Sev froze, and tried her best not to move... but she turned and saw him. Sev meeped, and backed away slowly, but She walked towards him slowly...

"now, who might you be?" she asked, slyly.

"Um..." Sev blinked. "Severus?" he said.

"Severus, huh? My name is Cynder." She said, smiling a big, sharp toothed grin.

"C-Cynder?" Sev said, stammering.

Cynder looked Severus over. He was not all that big, but she was hungry... yes, he would do, he would do nicely. She walked around him, before laying down, curling up. She wrapped her tail around him. "tell me, Severus, what brings you out here?"

"um... I heard a rumor... of a Great Black dragon... a Female one..."

She blinked in surprise. So, he came looking for her? Well, she would show him how she greets people that want her. "Really now? You came looking for me? I thought people had enough sense to run and hide from me."

"I uh..." He looked scared now.

"Don't worry, I just need to do something..."

"What?"

"Eat."

With that, Cynder suddenly took Severus's head into her mouth, and swallowed. He yelped, and struggled. Cynder purred loudly, and swallowed again, pinning his wings to his side. Sev wiggled, and screamed for help. Cynder chuckled at the little one. How easy it was to catch him, as he came right to her! She swallowed again, and lifted her head back, purring softly. With one last gulp, she closed her mouth, and  laid on her back, letting Severus slide down her throat.

Severus whimpered as he slid out into the stomach pouch. Why did she eat him? Cynder murred, and curled up, licking her fatter belly. The little one had tasted so good, too bad he would not be around to be eaten again.
