Maria woke up the next morning, it was Boxing Day. She had just had her dream, and had named her dragon hungry. She was forced to Leave Hungry in her room, and was having breakfast. This is where our story starts...

"But why daddy?" Maria asked. "Because, toys and that are stupid!" he said in a stern tone. "and the bills need paid." "Your dad is right dear." Her mother said. "But I like my toys!" she said, close to tears now. "Once you're done your breakfast, go upstairs and pack your new toys away." Her father said. "NO!" she shouted, running to her room suddenly. Her father got up, and look of anger on his face. "But dear, you know how kids are..." Maria's mother said. "Yes, and kids must learn!" he said, following Maria.

Maria entered her room, and shut the door behind her. She climbed onto her bed, and whimpered. The little girl held onto hungry, and cuddled him, wishing he could protect her. Her Father burst into the room. "Hand over that toy!" he yelled. He grabbed Hungry, but the girl shouted, and held onto him. They had a little tug-o-war, one that Hungry's plush body could handle. With a loud RIIIIIPPPPPP! Hungry tore in two, sending fluff everywhere.

"Noooooo!" Maria cried, burying her face in her hands. Her father looked furious. "How dare you question my athourity!" he yelled, and raised his arm to strike her... and held it there. The father looked puzzled, and turned around, looking at Cord around his wrist. He followed it, and saw that it was a tail... Hungry's tail.

"Hungry!" Maria yelled, looking at her Pink Dragon. "Do NOT strike her." Hungry said calmly. He pulled the father in. "shall I show you what happens to anyone that hurts her?" Hungry stuffed the father's head into his mouth, and swallowed it, not doing this for pleasure. The father struggled as Hungry swallowed more of him, lifting his head back. Hungry took more in, and sucked up the legs.

The mother walked in just in time to see her husband's feet enter Hungry's maw. Her first thought was "OMG THERE'S A DRAGON" her second thought was about the man she loved becoming its dinner. Hungry murred, and looked at the mother. She stood there in fear, and then dashed for the phone. Hungry growled, and gave a pursuit. The dragon reached the mother as she was dialling 911. The dragon knocked the phone out of her hand as she was going for the last one, and pounced on her. The mother screamed for 1 second, before her head entered Hungry's maw...

Hungry murred, and swallowed the mother's head, lifting his head back again. He heard her muffled scream in his throat as he bolted her down. Soon, her legs entered his gullet, and he smiled as she crumpled on top of her husband. Hungry murred, and walked back to Maria's room, where she was still shaking out of fear. Hungry purred reassuringly, and laid down on the bed beside her. "don't worry, they will not hurt you anymore."

Maria smiled, and rubbed Hungry's fat belly. "so my mom and dad are in there?"

"yes..." Hungry said. "but they will be gone for good soon. Don't worry about them."
Maria looked at Hungry, and hugged him. "will you be my new Daddy?" Maria asked, smiling.
Hungry blushed a little, and nodded. "I will take care of you..."
